Rock has fallen onto the northbound lane of Skyline Blvd across from 9163 Skyline Blvd. The property from which the rock apparently fell (on the east side of Skyline Blvd) is owned by the City of Oakland. Approximately 18 inches of the northbound lane is impaired by the rock. Northbound traffic may veer across the double-yellow line in order to avoid the rock.
