Take license plates and report them!
Everyone needs to assert their right to cross in crosswalks. I believe strongly in placing crosswalk signs in the middle of the road at every crosswalk. A police officer is perhaps a bit overkill in these tight budget times, but a few more signs should be in the budget - as limited as it is.
This summers - pedestrians = ASSERT YOUR RIGHTS! Force traffic to stop. Be careful, but be forceful. Take down license plates. We must work at this.
