Deskripsyon

The 16th Ave Bridge, between E 12th St and Embarcadero, which has fourteen (14) pole lamps, are out. There are at least eleven (11) electric covers that have been disturbed; some broken, tossed to the side or sticking up. There are wires exposed in some and the bridge has been without lights for apparently three (3) weeks.
