I appreciate the repaving of School Ln but...when is Hemlock Rd going to be finished? The road is ridiculously bumpy and gnarled. Please finish what you start!!

Hemlock ave between School Ln and Skuykill(excuse my spelling)Mainly, closer to Skuykill. The road condition is horrible! I've been in 3rd world countries with better roads.
