Deskripsyon

Heavy traffic traveling at high speeds off of Hanover, it's a one way road and really has no purpose. Why is it opened? Children use it as a walkway home from schools.

Grove Road has been a public and accepted City Street for many years. I will forward your concern about speeding to the Police Department to take some enforcement action there, particularly at school dismissal hours.

If this road needs to remain open then it should be one way the other way. People fly off of Hanover and use this as a throughway!!
