Should a cop who is being paid to direct traffic in a safe orderly manner through a construction site be texting and talking the day away on his phone ? Just asking , seems like a hazard , motorists are being respectful and waiting patiently for guidance but are completely ignored , until the wrong maneuver is implemented , then they get yelled at...Wouldn't this be the same danger as texting while driving etc. ?
