Deskripsyon

The sidewalk along the east side of Flower Ave between Piney Branch and Carroll Ave is a pitted, narrow, overgrown ribbon of asphalt that is unsafe to walk on, especially in the dark as it has many pits

This section of Flower Ave. is part of the Ride-On Bus routes for the no.12 & 13 buses. Westbound riders (towards Silver Spring) have no choice about having to walk on this side of Flower. The bus drops them off and they have to manage as best they can. It's especially bad for those who have mobility issues.
