A homeowner on Willow Street had a “security guard” posted outside their house & the guard was literally ‘watching the concrete dry” in order to prevent this kind of vandalism!

I apologize to be responding not about this particular issue, but to invite you to a 'SeeClickFix Storm' happening throughout Rhode Island THIS weekend.
