The stop light timing needs adjustment. It is sometimes so short that I can be the first or second car and not even get halfway through the intersection before it turns yellow again. Depending on the busyness at the time, you have to wait through numerous cycles of the light and traffic backs up on Tanger road terribly. The light needs to be green long enough to allow more than 2 or 3 cars to get through. It's a safety issue because then people start to run the light.
