This house has slowly been looking more and more dilapidated. I called Loni Lucina on 2 separate occasions (once in 2017 and again in 2018) and was told they have an open permit for siding but obviously they have not done any work to the exterior and it is an eyesore.

This property is not abandoned, it is occupied. We can not force them to fix the siding on the front of the house; it's their house. We are sending them a letter asking them to fix the siding to make it more esthetically pleasing to the neighbors.
