This patch of blackberries and vines is massive. The picture shows only a small part of it. Not only is it constantly creeping over into my yard, killing my trees and pulling down phone lines and cables, now it's full of rats.

The city and the county just keep passing the buck. This is a blatant violation of the codes, but because of budget issues nothing gets enforced.

This is a long double lot. The property owner's house is on Hillside, but it's the portion of the lot that faces Grover Street that's the problem.
