Chronic and persistent transient encampment on the west side of I-405 SB under the SW 13th Ave US-26 WB on-ramp from downtown.
There's been bike chop shop, illegal graffiti, fire and other criminal activities.

gutter punks have setup a camp here again. full size mattress, and other misc transient encampment trash present and they're active past 2AM, during hours when cars are often broken into. May 30, 2019.
