Deskripsyon

At this intersection, a lot of people enjoy doing donuts and mini side shows. They have hit 1 parked car that I know of. Very unsafe for all the people walking in the neighborhood & children going to the park.
The streets have been repaved here (THANK YOU!) but would think an elevated crosswalk/speedbump (across E 16th) would solve this unsafe dilemma.
