She is vomitting, yelling, "baby talking" to her animals very high pitched at 1 am and has been for over a half an hour since Ive been woken up. This person was in the hallway earlier inebriated it seemed and partially clothed. Standing reading the paper in the hallway. This is one of DOZENS of disturbances from this individual. Mostly we are subjected to hearing her vomit profusely early in the mornings (5 to 6 am ish and in the evenings can start anywhere from 11pm to 3am. Basically whenever the alcohol has taken its toll.... its loud. Its gross. Its daily....... we share our bedroom wall with this......
