In Morningside Park, close to the intersection of 116th and Morningside Ave, despite the fact that it was raining pretty hard, there was a sprinkler watering the bushes beside the fence.

Normally I'd have taken a picture of an issue like this...but I didn't want my phone to get completely soaked, so I didn't take it out.

I'm guessing that the sprinklers come on automatically, but who can we talk to about making sure that they stay off when it's raining?
