Deskripsyon

Northbound Garfield has a stop line before the Eastbound 16 mile two lanes. The traffic signal is beyond the median area and over the Westbound two lanes. Because of the construction barrels and barriers that have been frequently changing and the extra distance between the stop line and signal it is disconcerting to not have a stop line at Westbound 16.
