left turn arrows are absolutely needed to make turns off of broadway onto church street and lake avenue

Agreed. A combination of factors expounds this, including drivers who disregard traffic rules - making you wait longer to actually be able to turn.

It's concerning that this site is specially for local governments to find out about issues, and to address them, but after 8 months and 29 votes - absolutely nothing has been done. Not even so much as an acknowledgement on here that it has been brought to their attention.

I've lived here for more than 20 years and this has been an issue all those years and talked about but not acted on.
Will it ever get done?

It would be a GREAT IDEA if they ever do get the turn arrows in on the main Broadway streets IF they would not make them go at the same time as the opposite walk direction signals for pedestrians. It does NO GOOD, if you get the arrow, but have to wait in the middle of the intersections for people to cross!
