The concrete is lifted badly and is a trip hazard. the roots have broke the irrigation which the property has supplied all this time, we would like to cap the line and for the city to do the repair. There are two on this street. the water runs excessively and we have turned it down to once a week but the shrubs will require regular water so we would like to have this fixed asap so we can return to the regular irrigation schedule. The cause of the problem is mostly the tree roots. the area that the city needs to address most importantly is the sidewalk where it is lifted and is a major trip hazard.
