Deskripsyon

All the street lights are going off around 11pm-12am every night which makes it very unsafe the hole street is pitch black and this is not the safest neighborhood! Is there a reason they go off at night or are they are not working properly and need fixed? I do not feel safe walking my dogs or going outside. The lights being out also make it dangerous and easier for criminals to break in to homes, cars, etc..
