This property has been abandoned for a few years now and there's graffiti on the property with weeds and garbage all about the property.

The owner should keep the property and bldg clean like the rest of the neighbors do for their properties.

Please contact the owner and have them do so OR please clean up the property, graffiti, weeds and garbage strewn about.

There are tons of children that play in the area and we don't want them getting hurt on the glass and garbage that is around the property.

This building is about to collapse. There is a tree growing out of the building and the wall is bowed out by at least 4 feet. The roof is caving in and children have been climbing on the roof spraying graffiti which is not safe. Bricks are falling into the backyard ot the neighboring property. This has been reported to L&I for the past 3 years with nothing done.
