There seems to be a lot of complaints about the activities at Family Dollar. One of the more annoying incidents is the really loud and obnoxious music that some of the customers play when they go into the store. They leave their cars running and music blasting. It is ridiculous! F this and F that and M-F-this. I have no idea why they would think anyone would want to hear that crap.

How about those lovely people who park and block in other customers....9 times out of 10 there is an open spot.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use any vulgar, obscene, profane, boisterous or insulting language, tending to a breach of the peace or tending to the disturbance or annoyance of peaceable residents or travelers nearby.

I have a neighbor that lives across the street from us on the first floor apt. He often at times will put a large speaker onto the side of his apt onto the street and will blast music that my widows and floors vibrate. My husband has gone over to him three times already. I am done. Before I move into an area I look up the rules and ordinances of the neighborhood. And so now I put cameras all around my house.
