Metro dug a huge hole to replace the sewer lines in the side yard between the houses at 112 Bluewater Circle and 108 Bluewater Circle.
One of the crew members said they would be back to lay down topsoil, seed, and straw to make it as lush as before.
This didn't happen. Someone did come back but only flatten out the thick heavy clay dirt and then threw down seed and straw. There are a lot of rocks mixed into the clay. Nothing is going to grow there. This used to be a pretty patch of yard. It's just not fair to say one thing but do something else.

We live at 108 Bluewater Circle and the Metro workers said that they would come back and replace this with grass. That certainly didn't happen and now that's left is a large patch of dirt. We would like this fixed as soon as possible.

We live at 104 Bluewater Circle. Part of our side yard was also dug up during the recent sewer work. Some landscaping was done. The contractor told us that they would return to “fix” the landscaping. They have not yet returned. We are requesting that this work be completed. Thank you.

I was asked to either close this report or make another comment. The only action taken was someone came by, picked up a few rocks, then scattered some straw. If nothing more is going to be done, I wish someone in charge would say so. Otherwise, I can't call this closed. The upgrading done to the sewer lines is appreciated, but the mess left behind is not.

We live at 108 Bluewater and would appreciate attention to this issues as well. We are also requesting that the side is filled with sod as the seeds will just wash away due to the incline; and sod was what the city said they would replace the grass with.

Our situation at 104 Bluewater Circle is the same as our two neighbors. Straw was applied to the affected area in our yard, but apparently no grass seed was applied. Please fix this before Fall!

I was once again asked to close this report because it has been over 121 days. I cannot do that. Please see the attached picture. Two separate Representatives came out here and said that the spot will be put back just the way it was before. The green grass growing there is from bird seed that I threw out in frustration. This is going to be one giant mud hole before winter even begins. It's just not fair. Also, please check on the property at 104 Blue Water Circle.

Unfortunately the landscaping work on Bluewater Circle following the sewer repair doesn’t seem to be “taking” or successful. Could you please send someone to check on these and advise? Thank you. Nancy Johnson
