Hello Senora,
Something is definitely wrong here. You have reported the following issues 197 times since January 8, 2017.
1) Hearing people talking outside
2) People walking too close to your home
3) People walking dogs near your home
4) People loitering
5) People driving cars
6) People riding motorcycles
7) People yelling through your windows
Some of these activities seem harmless, but I wasn't there to witness any of it.
Complaining online for 1 year and 5 months has done you no justice. It doesn't look like you are getting the results for which you were hoping.
