Deskripsyon

The storm drain in the southeast side of the Lee Circle on Monument Ave does not adequately drain the street when it rains. Yesterday when it rained, there were several inches of standing water that covered that entire section of the traffic circle, as well as the left east-bound lane of Monument in that area.
