Shale tiles and water falling from roof of Christ Church!! The gutter is broken, water is spraying everywhere and there are many pieces of broken roof tiles all over the ground. Someone could get hurt!

We are totally aware - we actually have contacted the property management company repeatedly, but they are overwhelmed from the storm so we are not sure when they''ll get it repaired. We roped off the sidewalk a couple of times and people tear it down whenever we rope it off. We'll mark it off again with caution tape and will contact the property company again. No kidding! I just walked by again and someone had already torn the caution tape down. I tied it back up again. Hopefully people will be careful.

LCI visited the site yesterday at 3:10 p.m. and the caution tape was up but this morning at 8:32 a.m. it was torn down. Thank you Hans for tying it back, and thank Christ Church for being on top of the situation.
