Deskripsyon

Tenant of the house constantly park in front of the house and blocking pedestrian side walk. People cannot park on the Arlington Street, if they do they will be blocking those cars who parked on the side walk. There is a street parking sign as it is eligible to park on Arlington Street.

This street is terrible! Impossible to walk on without being forced into street. Multiple requests for potholes have never been fixed. We avoid the entire intersection of Brook & Arlington.

Definitely need to be address. I don't see why tenant of this house can park ON the sidewalk and where are the front lawn really. there is a 4 hours limit parking on the street. it is blocking people who parked on the street as well.

I spoke to city hall yesterday, they are looking into it. They also stated they are dropping the contract with this app at the end of the year, but until then continue or try anyway to report issues.

I contacted SeeClickFix to ask why anyone can close an issue. They said that the City of Quincy controls that option. So it is on the City to change the setting to keep pot-stirrers from closing issues.

Why can't we keep this case open? People like me wants to know if the issue has been resolved yet. Keep it open so that we all know that this is not resolved yet. Other from above also mentioned that they spoke to the City about this issue. We as a resident of Quincy got no authority to tell someone to not block the sidewalk, all we can do is to report to this city and have someone talk to them. Plus, there are different tenants.

I understand resident of Quincy have no authority to tell someone not to block the sidewalk but you can be a friendly neighbor and ring the doorbell and kindly ask not to block the driveway and sort of explain the reason. I'll be closing this issue this week if City of Quincy does not response.

I notified Quincy Constituent Services about why the issue was never acknowledged by official Quincy rep. I'll post a response when I get one. And as for people closing issues that they didn't open and are not an official Quincy rep, why does this matter so much to you?
