Deskripsyon

Snow plow accidentally plowed in a resident on left side of Catalpa Street (off Stone Street). The DPW was nice enough to send the plow truck three times when the residents called however, with white out snow conditions the plow driver didn't see that there is a white House on the left side of the street and is plowing the snow in front of the house and driveway making it impossible for them to get out.
