The railroad crossing on McCord Rd. by 115 has been getting worse and worse for over four years now and still nothing has been done to fix the issue. There have been cold patches thrown on once or twice, but those only add to the sad state of the road where it meets the tracks. Nearly all who have to drive this road with any regularity knows that the only way not to end up with bruised kidneys is to slow to about 2 (maybe 5 if you're feeling risky) mph and crawl over the tracks. Please, please let the city, county, state -- whoever will listen -- know about this issue. My car and it's shocks, as well as my kidneys, would really appreciate it.

Someone needs to do something these tracks are tearing up cars and throws you to the top of your car I'd your doing the speed limit and of you have surgery you better stay home someone needs to fix it about time to call action 9

When is something going to be done when someone's alxle breaks when it hits the tracks and gets stuck on the track and gets killed this is horrible you have to merge right just to keep from getting jarred around let's get this fixed or videos will be posted then maybe you can buy us all a car for all the damage that's not including our medical bills wake up let's get this fixed thank you

we need to see somebody down there tomorrow to see if they can fix this or we need WBTV down there video taping the situation so I want to buy a car or get killed get hit in the rear hey very dangerous crossing plus there is no street light at the railroad crossing can still see click Fix help us ASAP

7 months now & still no change. 😔 I know there are a lot of roadways out there that need fixing, but could someone at least come out & look @ this problem?! That would only take a few minutes, then that person (or persons as the case may be) could see that we're not just whining about some minor bumps in the road.

Okay, so they've come by and done some work on this now, but I still think they could have done a better job of it. Yes, it's all black and new looking, but you're still going to have to slow down or risk jostling your coffee cup out of its holder, not to mention the teeth in your head.

I know road crews can make a smooth junction between road and railroad tracks - I've actually experienced that miracle - but these guys were more akin to just get it down and get it done, who cares if it's smooth. Still, I suppose that it was better than the nothing we had before, although not by much.

All the railroad crossings in the area have gone through a... let's say rehabing. They're not all pretty, but, for the moment they're a little better than they've been. We'll just have to see how long that lasts. Here's hoping (though not necessarily believing) that the redos will hold out for a while.
