Deskripsyon

An orange and white pickup truck has been abandoned in this corner for over two month. The police was called and they said that the truck is register. But the vehicle does not belong to anybody in the street. There are some straps under the truck. It looks like some one pulled the truck to that corner and leaved it there. Can someone check this vehicle again. All the oil was drain into the street and all the trash is getting stock under the truck.

If there is no registration plate visible on the truck it has been sitting in violation for 8 weeks and should be towed. If it has not been moved for 8 weeks it may be inoperable and therefore considered abandoned and can be towed. Send an email to Lt Minardi (jminardi@newhavenct.gov) and Arthur Natalino (anatalino@newhavenct.gov) with the location, description and complaint. Ask them to arrange to have this vehicle removed.

It could have a plate on it's rear bumper..If the Cop says it's registered then it just might be ..All the truck has to do is move a few feet forward or backwards every 48 hours..Maybe the owner is waiting for a part ? Maybe visiting relatives in let's say Puerto Rico ?

Why you think that the person is in puerto rico ? Do you know the owner of the truck. ? If you do tell him to take it to a garage all the oil drip into the street and posible into the city sewer.The truck has been sitting there for over two months. That is plenty of time to get it fix .
