Deskripsyon

The new sewer system has a manhole that always has a stream of liquid coming from it. It's located Northbound Allentown Rd. just before the Perkiomen Creek Bridge

During the last heavy rain this manhole was shooting a foul smelling brown liquid about 6
' up from the cover. I don't even want to hazard a guess as to what that liquid was but the next time it rains and this happens, I'm going to call the PA DEP
