There is plenty of car parking at the new BCA space, but no bike rack. When dropping my kids at camp this morning we had to go across the street to lock at the one in front of Arts Riot. That sounds convenient until you consider where the cross walks are.

I hope a bike rack can get added, but you can also lock your bike behind/under the Maltex building. There's a rack that will accommodate 4-5 bikes under the elevated portion of the Maltex building (431 Pine St.) Much easier than crossing the street, and it's covered!

I gave Pomerleau Real Estate a call to see if they mind BCA campers using the bike rack on their property. If they don't mind we will use it the rest of the week. However this space really needs a bike rack.

What's funny is the city just filled in a hole that used to be used for a bike rick in front of Arts Riot.

Got a call back from Pomerleau Real Estate & the answer was no. The bike rack on their Maltex property is for their tenants only.
