Deskripsyon

This portion of the Farmington Canal Trail that goes through the old Winchester Plant is very lonely, especially at night. There should be a police presence around this area. Also is there a way to get rid of the old Winchester buildings. They're falling apart and they are a big eyesore.

Trail lighting is essential if you want people to use this at night.

One of the buildings has been torn down and is currently being replaced by a parking structure. They have installed blue lights that have a direct line to the police. Does that resolve this issue?
