People are using excessive speed on E. 5th. Stop signs need to be put in, either at 5th and Ridge or 5th and Chestnut (in front of Giuliano's).

There's a starin' dude that likes to pretend he's calling the police when you drive by at 25mph. Wave 'hi'!

I agree that some form of speed control is needed on E 5th. Either a stop sign or speed bumps. It's crazy how fast people drive. My neighbor's boy was hit by a car. I've seen the side mirror of several vehicles knocked off and the offenders just keep on driving. There are a lot of small children that play on this street. Drivers use it as a speedway because it it the only street on this side of Broad without a stop sign or light (and to avoid the light at 7th and Broad). Please don't wait until another child is hit.
