Home on corner of 3rd and Tuckerman has pitbull that's not properly secured. Aggressive dog that neighbor's said isn't even supposed to be out. A few neighbor's facing the park on 3rd noticed dog unleashed as well.

Concerning because there are several children around the neighborhood and at the park.
