I frequently turn left from Pearl St. (going east) onto Orange St. (going north). Parked cars in front of Romeo's cafe make this a near-blind left turn. It's dangerous because cars tend to speed along Orange St. near this intersection, especially those going South.

I see a lot of kids, bicycles, and pedestrians at this intersection because of the cafe. It might help to have a speed limit posted and enforced in this area. (Are there any speed limit markings any Orange St.?)
