Broken water pipe causing water to pool at dip in the road, now a mosquito breeding ground and health hazard. The owner of the property it is in front of has repeatedly reported the problem to the city, to no avail. PLEASE fix ASAP!

Please fix this ASAP. As a pregnant woman that lives two houses down we are trying very hard to keep mosquitoes from breeding and this is a huge health hazard given the risk of Zika this summer.

Please repair this. I have been waiting for two years! It is an evironmental and econonic waste if resources and is no posing a heakth risk to my neighbors. One of the women on the street is pregnant, this expises her to a potential Zica threat.
