Deskripsyon

Many people cross Brook Road from apartment complexes to shops on the other side of the street and there is no crosswalk. Many of them are children and elderly individuals. They are forced to run across traffic, this makes it unsafe for them and for the cars. Why is there not a crosswalk here?!
