Deskripsyon

I do understand that this is one of the main roads going towards the hospital. But there are far too many speeders for them all to be in some sort of an emergency. Especially on the weekends, it seems as soon as people go past the last intersection, they hit the gas. There are still young children and visitors in this area, and it does not feel safe, nor is it necessary.
