Deskripsyon

This is what was left behind after the street sweeper came by. There were no cars but he/she never stopped; this is unacceptable. Need fir thus person to come back and do their job correctly. ALSO for the cars that were illegally park not one ticket was issued; why is this happening?

To be fair, I was watching the whole time and there was a car that was blocking but since pulled out. However, this doesn't excuse the lack of coordination between Parking Enforcement and Street Sweeping to ensure that both come multiple times, PE first immediately followed by SS to mitigate the risk of people simply moving for 2 minutes while PE comes by, during the 12:30-3:30 window

Actually I take it back, I do recall the sweeper avoiding the cardboard. Likely because it couldn't be handled by the sweeper. All the more reason to use some of that $800,000 Councilmember Guillen says he got to hire manual laborers to clean what the sweeper misses.
