Irrigation system running in the middle of pouring rain. As I passed by 7:28 AM January 4, 2016 I could see the rotors (large volume water irrigation sprays) running on the lawn on Harrison side of the Chinese Garden Park. Tsk, tsk. No automatic rain shut offs?
