I'm getting pretty upset our pick up day is friday and it's Friday at 620 week number two and my recycle and yard trash is still on the curb.

All week the extreme weather, with Heat Indexes in excess of 105 degrees, has limited the work of our crews. They are behind schedule and I would ask your patience during this period of extreme weather. They will catch up.

Perhaps we need bigger receptacles if they cant make it due to weather. its always hot in North Carolina in the summer. Now there is trash all over the streets.

Our yard trash has still not been picked this is week 3. The bags of grass smell awful. I understand the delay due to the heat, however they have not come for THREE weeks

That picture is old. There are now 12 bags of lawn waste out there. Nobody at the solid waste number replies to phone calls.
