No light on public path leading up from Grand Ave. to Valle Vista Ave. The image in this picture was lit by the auto-flash on my camera. Without the flash you cannot see more than 5 feet in front of you. This is a public thoroughfare that needs to be lit to ensure safety.

You are reporting " No lights on the public path". Are you requesting for new street light poles to be installed? or are you reporting street lights that are out? If you are reporting street lights out, please provide us an exact address for each street light, we will also need the street pole numbers. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am requesting new street lamps to illuminate the walkway. There are currently no lights on the walkway and it is impossible to see where you're going.
Having no lights on this public walkway creates a risk for trip and fall accidents and increased criminal activity at night.
