It looks like there's poison ivy on this tree in the park. Across the street from 204 Poplar. I'm not sure if this is something that the city would take care of, but it would be nice to have removed.

Not to be sarcastic to the reporter, but gosh, I wish this was what I had to worry about in my neighborhood! In all seriousness, though, it does spread very quickly, and many people are extremely allergic to it. I do support it being cleared in our public parks.

There also appears to be more poison ivy across Poplar street in all the brush where the street is near the creek.

We attempt to control poison ivy only in use areas of a park or along walks and paths where the public may come into contact with the plant.

We have no policy or program that directs control within natural areas.
