Deskripsyon

The fountain located on the island between the north & southbound lanes of University Ave. has been broken for several years, and continues to crumble apart. When is the city actually going to do something about this eye sore on one of the premier roads of the city?

This was under repair in the late summer but is still not finished. I think there was a problem with water from it leaking into subway so repair may be complicated.
