We need a Guard Rail across Pennwood Dr here to divide the street into East and West. The East end of Pennwood Dr has become a haven for Slum Lords and Section 8 rentals and the quality of life on this block is now at an all-time low. There have been no fewer than two incidents in the last week at separate East end addresses that required 5 police cruisers per incident on various nights. If the Village (that's a joke) can't solve these problems then at least maybe the highway department can divide the road for the rest of us that work hard at our properties and respect our neighbors and neighborhood.
