Hi, I reported this twice with no response. I hope this time will get a response before El Nino arrives. Every time it rains, Pleasant Street floods in front of 2558 Pleasant Street and beyond. There is no drain so the water ponds up over the curb and onto the homeowners' properties. The photo was taken during the drought after a short rain.
