Well, what a poor effort. Are you satisfied with this so-called fix? A little bit of cold mix asphalt placed into the pothole?! The transverse crack is still there and getting worse, and the pothole will re-establish after one freeze-thaw cycle. Where is the City pride and proper work ethic? Get a milling machine, remove the crack, level course the pothole and properly repair the damage with a paver. You should not need me to explain to you how to do your job properly. Just do it right the first time!

Our first response is to correct the hazard associated with the pothole by cold mix asphalt repair. Our crews usually can react and carry out this repair quite quickly, but the larger issue of a more permanent repair to the transverse crack and pothole will require our larger asphalt repair crew and will have to be scheduled in with other repairs in the area.
