Deskripsyon

I pass this car every day and it has been more than a month, and it is still there. It is ironic because if it were a tax paying citizen's car, they would have been towed a long time ago--no boot either. Just a windshield filled with tickets. It is an eye sore and should be towed. I'm call 311 today.
