Absolutely unacceptable. Weeds and tall grass are at least a foot high. City needs to correct the problem and enforce -- does not help image problem of city.

12 days later and issue is not resolved. City of Warren must understand that the ENTIRE city impacts a person's impression of it. City does not put resources into south part of city, only in north part, but people come to realize that all of the city is trashed. Lowers home values (even more than they are) -- resulting in lower city taxes -- and encourages abandonment and flight throughout ALL of city. This isn't rocket science, City of Warren. Take care of ALL of the city before ALL of the city flees.
