The livestock are no longer contained in the pen established by the owners and have been found throughout the neighborhood on several occasions. Additionally, wild ducks have now begun to visit the menagerie. The fetid pools of goose and duck excrement as well as the day long noise pollution of animals kept in an environment unfit for their health and the comfort of the community only grow worse each day COBI fails to follow the rules of its own codes

There is an animal farm (Ducks and Geese) on Eagle Cliff. The noise is horrible and the smell is just as bad. I feel bad for the neighbors who live there because I was just walking bye and it disgusted me. COBI needs to fix this situation for the good of the community!

I live a full street away, and I can hear the geese in the backyard. Why are rosters not allowed per city code, and yet geese, which just as loud and obnoxious are?! Thank goodness someone else has complained too

This picture is not doing the problem justice...the two geese are circled and there are more of these little black ducks walking around. It is a smelly eye sore. The make shift coup is only about 30 feet from the edge of the deck. COBI, Please help! You are our only hope.

This island is the country, those who do not like livestock should move off the island and go back to Seattle. I enjoy hearing the livestock and the dirt should be used as fertilizer for plants.

The family moved away and took the animals with them-COBI did not resolve this issue nor enforce the code
